After booking you appointment you will receive a Stripe invoice from Evolved Balance with payment directions within 48 hours.

Your appointment will not be held until the invoice is paid.

Invoices must be paid at least 48 hour prior to the appointment time selected.

All payments made for the Morocco Retreat are 100% non-refundable.

Payments made for coaching packages are partially refundable if cancelled more than 2 days before the appointment.

Refund Policy for services: When booking your sessions you are committing to the
journey within, sometimes it is scary, so don’t allow the mind to sabotage! You are being
held accountable to yourself and your journey to yourself! If you decide to cancel your
session or package, you will receive 75% of your money back if done within two days of
1st session. Time is precious and someone else could have the space you requested.
If you have a package and after the 1st session you are not satisfied you will receive a
refund for 75% of the remainder of your package as we will have a discovery call to
make sure we are compatible and feel the energy is a good fit, before we start the
journey!
