Sacred Union Women’s Collective

There’s Room for All of Us

Sacred Union Women’s Collective is an intentional community for women who are ready to create, connect, and succeed differently.

Owner & Founder Samantha C.

There are plenty of spaces where women can exchange business cards, promote what they do, and make professional connections.

Sacred Union was created for something deeper.

It is a space where women can build genuine relationships, support one another personally and professionally, share knowledge and resources, collaborate, celebrate each other’s successes, and grow alongside women who genuinely want to see them thrive.

Because we believe there is room for all of us.

Success does not have to come through competition.

Growth does not have to happen in isolation.

And business does not have to be built from constant stress, pressure, and survival mode.

We can create differently.

Together.

Why Sacred Union Was Created

Women have spent generations being taught, directly and indirectly, to compare themselves to one another.

To compete.

To judge.

To question whether there is enough opportunity, recognition, success, or space for everyone.

Sacred Union Women’s Collective was created to help change that culture.

Founder Sam Cardinas has participated in numerous networking and women’s groups throughout her years as an entrepreneur. While those spaces can provide valuable connections, she continually recognized something she wanted more of:

Relationship.

Not simply:

What does she do?

How can her business help mine?

What can I get from this connection?

But instead:

Who is she?

What is she creating?

How can we support one another?

What could become possible if we worked together?

Sacred Union is about building healthy, trusting, respectful, supportive relationships among women while creating an environment where their businesses, ideas, confidence, creativity, and lives can grow.

Meet the Founding 22

Sacred Union Women’s Collective will begin with an intentionally selected group of 22 Founding Women.

We are not looking for the first 22 women willing to join.

We are looking for 22 women who want to help create the culture.

Women from different businesses, professions, industries, backgrounds, ages, experiences, cultures, and areas of expertise.

Women who bring different pieces to the ecosystem.

A business owner.

A maker.

A movement professional.

A culinary creator.

A marketing expert.

A financial mind.

A photographer.

A wellness practitioner.

A brick-and-mortar entrepreneur.

A creative.

An educator.

A woman with years of experience who is ready to share what she has learned.

And perhaps a woman who is only beginning to discover what she wants to create.

The goal isn’t to fill 22 identical seats.

It is to bring together 22 women whose experiences, strengths, knowledge, resources, and gifts can complement one another.

Because when the right women come together, everyone brings something to the table.

Who Sacred Union Is For

Sacred Union is for the woman who has been yearning for healthy, trusting and supportive relationships with other women.

It is for the entrepreneur who has spent years building something and knows how difficult it can be to do it without meaningful support.

It is for the successful woman who wants to help other women succeed.

It is for the woman who wants collaboration instead of competition.

The woman who wants to be inspired and inspire others.

The woman who wants more creativity, joy, ease and flow in what she is building.

The woman who wants to step outside the box, explore new ideas, share what she knows and learn from women whose experiences are different from her own.

And it is for women who understand that meaningful community asks two questions:

What support do I need?

and

What can I contribute?

More Than Networking

Sacred Union is not designed to be another leads group.

Relationships come first.

When women genuinely know one another, trust develops.

When trust develops, collaboration becomes natural.

A member may discover another woman whose product complements her own.

Two businesses may create something together.

A woman with years of experience may help another member navigate a challenge she has already lived through.

Members may refer one another, purchase from one another, collaborate on events, exchange resources, teach one another, or simply be the person across the table saying:

I see what you’re building. Keep going.

Business can grow from those relationships.

But the relationship isn’t being created solely to produce the business.

That’s the difference.

The Monthly Sacred Union Experience

At the heart of Sacred Union is a monthly shared-table experience.

From the moment members arrive, the intention is connection.

Music is playing.

Women are greeted and welcomed.

There is time to mingle, laugh, reconnect, and settle into the evening before gathering around the table together.

Over a thoughtfully prepared meal, members have opportunities to share what is happening in their lives and businesses.

Community Wins

Members are encouraged to share their wins—large and small.

A new client.

A business milestone.

An idea finally brought to life.

A personal breakthrough.

A courageous decision.

Something that once felt impossible becoming possible.

We believe women should have spaces where their success is genuinely celebrated.

Member Spotlights

Selected members will have opportunities to share more deeply about their businesses, services, products, knowledge, and current work.

Spotlight members may also choose to create a special offering or benefit exclusively for fellow Collective members.

This isn’t about pitching the room.

It’s about allowing women to truly understand what another member has created and discovering meaningful ways to support one another.

Seed Fund Opportunities

As the Collective develops, members will have opportunities to present ideas, projects, or initiatives for potential support through the Sacred Union Seed Fund.

Members can hear the vision, ask questions, and participate in deciding where collective resources can make an impact.

The purpose is simple:

When one woman has a meaningful idea, she doesn’t always have to figure out how to build it alone.

Connection Around the Table

And not every moment needs an agenda.

There is room for conversation.

For laughter.

For beautiful food.

For asking for help.

For sharing an idea that isn’t fully formed yet.

For saying, “Does anyone know someone who can help me with this?”

For being inspired by what another woman is creating.

Sacred Union is designed to be a gathering women don’t feel obligated to attend.

We want it to be a gathering they genuinely look forward to.

Shared Knowledge. Shared Resources. Shared Growth.

No entrepreneur knows everything.

And accessing the right expertise while building a business can be expensive.

One of the goals of Sacred Union is to make knowledge and resources more accessible through community.

Sometimes the expertise we need will already exist around our table.

Members can teach, share resources, recommend trusted professionals, offer insight, and help one another navigate challenges they have already experienced.

When the Collective identifies a shared need that isn’t represented within the membership, we can bring additional expertise into the room through workshops, education, and guest professionals.

Finance.

Marketing.

Business development.

Wellness.

Leadership.

Creativity.

Stress and nervous-system regulation.

Or whatever our community discovers it needs as it grows.

Instead of every woman having to find every answer alone, we can learn together.

Business Growth Without Losing Ourselves

Sacred Union isn’t only concerned with what women are building.

We care about the women building it.

Entrepreneurship can bring creativity, freedom, purpose, and possibility.

It can also bring pressure, uncertainty, isolation, financial stress, and burnout.

We want women to have tools that support both their businesses and themselves.

That can include opportunities to explore creativity, movement, wellness, nervous-system regulation, personal development, leadership, and other experiences that allow women to create from a more grounded place.

Because success shouldn’t require losing yourself in the process.

From Competition to Collaboration

Imagine what becomes possible when women with complementary gifts begin creating together.

A maker collaborates with another product-based business.

A photographer helps another woman tell the story of her brand.

A marketing professional helps a member become more visible.

A culinary entrepreneur collaborates with another local business.

Several members create an experience none of them would have created independently.

One woman’s knowledge fills another woman’s gap.

And one woman’s success becomes something the room celebrates rather than something another woman feels she has to compete against.

This is the culture Sacred Union is being created to cultivate.

There is room for all of us.

Protect the Intimacy. Expand the Impact.

Sacred Union membership is intentionally limited because genuine relationships take time.

We want women to actually know one another.

But an intentionally small membership does not mean a small impact.

As the Collective grows, members may collaborate to create workshops, educational opportunities, markets, entrepreneurial events, community experiences, and other offerings that extend beyond the Founding 22.

Some experiences may be opened to other women entrepreneurs and members of the surrounding community.

This gives us the opportunity to share knowledge, create access, showcase women-owned businesses, introduce people to new resources, and allow other women to experience the spirit of Sacred Union.

The membership can remain intimate while the impact continues to expand.

The Bigger Vision

The Founding 22 are the beginning.

They will help establish the culture, traditions, relationships, experiences, and foundation of Sacred Union Women’s Collective.

From there, the vision is larger.

We envision collaborative entrepreneurial events where women can showcase what they are building together.

Community workshops and educational opportunities.

More opportunities for women-owned businesses to be seen and supported.

And eventually, a model that can extend beyond one community.

The long-term vision is to develop Sacred Union Women’s Collectives in other communities throughout the United States—and, one day, beyond.

Different women.

Different businesses.

Different communities.

The same foundational belief:

Women do not have to compete with one another to succeed.

We can support one another.

We can celebrate one another.

We can teach one another.

We can create together.

And when one woman rises, she can reach back and help another woman rise with her.

Founding Membership

Founding 22 Membership

$77 per month

Founding membership is designed to support the experiences, gatherings, resources, education, operations, and continued development of the Collective.

Founding members are not simply joining an established organization.

They are helping build its foundation.

The first women around this table will influence what Sacred Union becomes for the women who come after them.

Membership Is Intentional

Sacred Union is being intentionally curated to protect the culture we are creating.

Membership is not based solely on the size of someone’s business, how long she has been an entrepreneur, how many followers she has, or how much money she earns.

We are looking at the whole woman.

Her values.

Her willingness to collaborate.

Her desire to support other women.

What she brings to the ecosystem.

Her openness to learning and growing.

Her ability to celebrate someone else’s success.

And her desire to participate in genuine community.

The Founding 22 will represent different industries, experiences, perspectives, strengths, and stages of entrepreneurship while sharing a common desire:

To create differently, together.

The Founding Member Journey

Women interested in becoming part of the Founding 22 will have an opportunity to learn more about Sacred Union and experience the community before membership is finalized.

The founding selection process may include:

Connection → Interest → Application → Conversation → Leadership Review → Founding Member Invitation → Welcome

This process isn’t designed to make Sacred Union feel exclusive.

It exists because the culture of a community is shaped by the people inside it.

We want to build that foundation with intention.

You Don’t Have to Be a Member to Be Part of the Movement

Sacred Union will create opportunities beyond membership.

Public workshops, collaborative experiences, educational events, entrepreneurial gatherings, and other community offerings can allow more women to connect with what we are building.

Perhaps you attend a workshop.

Perhaps you discover a local woman-owned business you love.

Perhaps you meet someone who becomes an important collaborator.

Perhaps Sacred Union simply reminds you that there are women in your community who genuinely want to see you succeed.

And perhaps, when a future membership opportunity becomes available, you’ll already know:

This is the kind of community I’ve been looking for.

Interested in Becoming One of the Founding 22?

If you’ve been looking for more than networking…

If you’ve been craving genuine relationships with women who want to see one another succeed…

If you want to collaborate, contribute, learn, create, laugh, grow, and be part of building something from the beginning…

We’d love to learn more about you.

Sacred Union Women’s Collective

Healthy relationships. Meaningful collaboration. Shared growth.

There’s room for all of us.
