There’s Room for All of Us Sacred Union Women’s Collective is an intentional community for women who are ready to create, connect, and succeed differently. Owner & Founder Samantha C. There are plenty of spaces where women can exchange business cards, promote what they do, and make professional connections. Sacred Union was created for something deeper. It is a space where women can build genuine relationships, support one another personally and professionally, share knowledge and resources, collaborate, celebrate each other’s successes, and grow alongside women who genuinely want to see them thrive. Because we believe there is room for all of us. Success does not have to come through competition. Growth does not have to happen in isolation. And business does not have to be built from constant stress, pressure, and survival mode. We can create differently. Together. Why Sacred Union Was Created Women have spent generations being taught, directly and indirectly, to compare themselves to one another. To compete. To judge. To question whether there is enough opportunity, recognition, success, or space for everyone. Sacred Union Women’s Collective was created to help change that culture. Founder Sam Cardinas has participated in numerous networking and women’s groups throughout her years as an entrepreneur. While those spaces can provide valuable connections, she continually recognized something she wanted more of: Relationship. Not simply: What does she do? How can her business help mine? What can I get from this connection? But instead: Who is she? What is she creating? How can we support one another? What could become possible if we worked together? Sacred Union is about building healthy, trusting, respectful, supportive relationships among women while creating an environment where their businesses, ideas, confidence, creativity, and lives can grow. Meet the Founding 22 Sacred Union Women’s Collective will begin with an intentionally selected group of 22 Founding Women. We are not looking for the first 22 women willing to join. We are looking for 22 women who want to help create the culture. Women from different businesses, professions, industries, backgrounds, ages, experiences, cultures, and areas of expertise. Women who bring different pieces to the ecosystem. A business owner. A maker. A movement professional. A culinary creator. A marketing expert. A financial mind. A photographer. A wellness practitioner. A brick-and-mortar entrepreneur. A creative. An educator. A woman with years of experience who is ready to share what she has learned. And perhaps a woman who is only beginning to discover what she wants to create. The goal isn’t to fill 22 identical seats. It is to bring together 22 women whose experiences, strengths, knowledge, resources, and gifts can complement one another. Because when the right women come together, everyone brings something to the table. Who Sacred Union Is For Sacred Union is for the woman who has been yearning for healthy, trusting and supportive relationships with other women. It is for the entrepreneur who has spent years building something and knows how difficult it can be to do it without meaningful support. It is for the successful woman who wants to help other women succeed. It is for the woman who wants collaboration instead of competition. The woman who wants to be inspired and inspire others. The woman who wants more creativity, joy, ease and flow in what she is building. The woman who wants to step outside the box, explore new ideas, share what she knows and learn from women whose experiences are different from her own. And it is for women who understand that meaningful community asks two questions: What support do I need? and What can I contribute? More Than Networking Sacred Union is not designed to be another leads group. Relationships come first. When women genuinely know one another, trust develops. When trust develops, collaboration becomes natural. A member may discover another woman whose product complements her own. Two businesses may create something together. A woman with years of experience may help another member navigate a challenge she has already lived through. Members may refer one another, purchase from one another, collaborate on events, exchange resources, teach one another, or simply be the person across the table saying: I see what you’re building. Keep going. Business can grow from those relationships. But the relationship isn’t being created solely to produce the business. That’s the difference. The Monthly Sacred Union Experience At the heart of Sacred Union is a monthly shared-table experience. From the moment members arrive, the intention is connection. Music is playing. Women are greeted and welcomed. There is time to mingle, laugh, reconnect, and settle into the evening before gathering around the table together. Over a thoughtfully prepared meal, members have opportunities to share what is happening in their lives and businesses. Community Wins Members are encouraged to share their wins—large and small. A new client. A business milestone. An idea finally brought to life. A personal breakthrough. A courageous decision. Something that once felt impossible becoming possible. We believe women should have spaces where their success is genuinely celebrated. Member Spotlights Selected members will have opportunities to share more deeply about their businesses, services, products, knowledge, and current work. Spotlight members may also choose to create a special offering or benefit exclusively for fellow Collective members. This isn’t about pitching the room. It’s about allowing women to truly understand what another member has created and discovering meaningful ways to support one another. Seed Fund Opportunities As the Collective develops, members will have opportunities to present ideas, projects, or initiatives for potential support through the Sacred Union Seed Fund. Members can hear the vision, ask questions, and participate in deciding where collective resources can make an impact. The purpose is simple: When one woman has a meaningful idea, she doesn’t always have to figure out how to build it alone. Connection Around the Table And not every moment needs an agenda. There is room for conversation. For laughter. For beautiful food. For asking for help. For sharing an idea that isn’t fully formed yet. For saying,
